The
XDSP_dc
Stand-alone is a low cost single and 1.5 axis motion controller designed
for industrial applications. This board uses advanced DSP technology along
with a microprocessor for high-speed, high-precision motion control. The
functions incorporated in XDSP_dc
Stand-alone cover most master/slave applications. Also included in this
embedded controller is PLC capability at a high I/O scan rate.
The
control algorithms embedded in XDSP_dc
Stand-alone include state feedback, full-order observer, conventional
PID and a Kalman filter. Through the use of these algorithms, systems
will have smooth motion and extraordinary velocity regulation without
the need for a tachometer. Complex motion programs can be stored in and
executed on an XDSP_dc, which operates
independent of the host.
